If you have received a decision from ACC that you consider is unsatisfactory such as, a letter declining cover or for payment or entitlement, we are able to assist you. We can provide you with advice and representation anywhere in New Zealand.
If you are unhappy with a decision by ACC you have three months from the date of the decision in which to lodge a review. Occasionally, this period may be extended where extenuating circumstances exist. If you are unsure whether you are within time to apply for a review, please contact us in order to discuss whether your circumstances that prevented you from applying in time would be likely to obtain an extension of time.
